Travel...

At St. Timothy, any student who travels out of the state of Kentucky (or tristate area) must quarantine for 14 days.  During the 14 day quarantine, the teachers are providing at-home instruction and the students are not marked as absent.  This is not meant to be punitive in any way, however, it is just one more step that we are all taking together to keep our students, staff and families safe while continuing to provide in-person instruction.  While NTI may be necessary at some point, we would like to avoid it altogether my maintaining in-person instruction and with "hot spots" always changing, we want our policy about travel to be clear and concise!  When looking at the big picture, this decision was made with a long term goal as the driving force and that goal is to be in school with in-person instruction.  If you have questions regarding travel, please feel free to reach out to me at anytime!  Thanks in advance for your honesty and cooperation.
