Band Class
Students in grades 5–8 can explore music through St. Timothy’s Band Class, where they’ll learn both beginning music theory and hands-on instruction on a wind instrument. Instruments offered include flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, and trombone.
The band meets once a week after school for one hour and performs in two concerts each year. It’s a great opportunity for students to try something new, build confidence, and make music with their classmates. More information is available at Immanuel School of Music.
School Musicals
St. Timothy students have the opportunity to take the stage and experience all that goes into bringing a musical production to life. From acting and singing to choreography, costumes, sets, and teamwork behind the scenes, the school musical gives students a fun and memorable way to build confidence, creativity, and friendships.
Past St. Timothy productions have included The Little Mermaid Jr. and Aladdin Jr. Families can watch the performances here: The Little Mermaid Jr. and Aladdin Jr..
Reach out to Andrew Mason – amason@saint-timothy.org if you’d like to participate.
FBLA
St. Timothy’s FBLA chapter gives students opportunities to build leadership, career readiness, and business skills through hands-on experiences throughout the school year. Members take part in activities such as guest speaker meetings, community service, leadership development, and regional and state competitions, all while having fun and growing as leaders within the school community.
FBLA is designed to be welcoming to students with a wide range of interests and future career goals, not just those planning to pursue traditional business careers. Questions can be directed to fbla@saint-timothy.org
CHALLENGE
CHALLENGE is an ECYD program for girls in grades 5–8 that helps young women grow in faith, friendship, confidence, and service. ECYD – Encounters, Convictions, Your Decisions – is an international Catholic community of young people who have experienced the love and friendship of Jesus and want to share that love with others.
St. Timothy’s CHALLENGE group meets twice a month on Friday afternoons. Meetings are led by high school girls and supported by moms and the Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi, with a mix of faith formation, outreach, service, social activities, and plenty of time to build friendships.
